After struggling for years with my weight, a thyroid issue, persistent constipation and working out and not achieving the results I wanted, I learned that even though I thought that I was taking good care of myself, I really wasn’t. Today, I feel energized, lean and have learned how to eliminate my yo-yo dieting by simply changing my overall approach to health and wellness.

I want my clients to achieve great health through the foods they eat and living the life they love. Taking the time to exercise and practice self-care is not selfish, it’s what we need to do in order to be our best selves and take care of those we love. My support, along with a customized health and wellness program, will guide you to achieve your goals of increased energy, weight loss, reduction of health concerns and elimination of your sugar and caffeine cravings.

I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.

I am certified as a Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, in addition, I am a trained facilitator.
